Probably many of you have heard of the essay titled “The Room” (it’s been going around in e-mails for years). Some of you may not know (I just found out recently!), that it was written by Joshua Harris, the homeschooled author of I Kissed Dating Goodbye, the son of Gregg and Sono Harris, and the brother of Alex and Brett Harris (the founders of the Rebelution/Do Hard Things movement).
“The Room” is very convicting to me every time I read it, and I was hoping to share it here. While looking for it on the internet, I found his website and discovered that there is a video version of “The Room”! I want to cry every time I watch it. I just wanted to share that with y’all today. God Bless!
If you’d like more information on the background of “The Room,” you can find it at www.joshharris.com/the_room.php.
Whoa I didn’t know he was related to all those people!
This is incredible.
LOL. Yeah There’s Josh, Joel, Alex and Brett, and Isaac. And a sister in there somewhere. I’m not sure if that’s all of them. But Josh’s books (there’s also Boy Meets Girl) are REALLY REALLY good.
Wow
